Hi, I’m Tiffany Green—coach, therapist and proud “Type A Minus.” What does that mean? I’m a recovering perfectionist who still loves achievement and excellence, but no longer lets hustle and burnout dictate the pace of life. For years, I lived life on overdrive—chasing leadership roles, promotions and striving for the next shiny milestone. As work became more demanding, I was increasingly exhausted and running on empty.
I burned out and got sick—really sick—which served as my wake-up call. I said goodbye to my fast-paced lifestyle to make health and work-life balance top priorities in my life. Burnout forced me to slow down, listen to my body and redefine real success. Along the way, I discovered the power of somatic practices, boundary setting and giving myself permission to be fully human—not just productive. That shift is what turned me from Type A to Type A Minus—still ambitious but with room for balance, joy and ease.
That’s what I bring to my clients. Working with me isn’t about cramming more into your already-packed schedule or overriding your way through stress. It’s about building a version of success that feels good—not just looks good.
I combine professional expertise as a licensed therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with my supportive, compassionate and down-to-earth coaching style. I’ll hold you accountable but I’ll also remind you that self-care, boundaries and fun are just as important as achievements. Yes, we’ll talk about big goals, but we’ll also discuss how to stop putting the needs of others before yours and stop treating rest like a reward. Together, we’ll quiet the inner critic, soothe your nervous system and build habits that support sustainable success.
