Why Work With Me?

I’m Tiffany Green—a trauma-informed therapist, somatic practitioner and coach based in Chicago. I created A Minus Wellness™ because I’ve lived this experience myself. I know what it’s like to be the only one (woman, BIPOC or queer person) in the room—and feel like you have to over-deliver just to belong. As a therapist, I’ve supported clients through anxiety, burnout, identity fatigue and perfectionism. As a coach, I now work with clients who are ready to move from insight to integration. What makes this work different is that it’s not just mindset-based. It’s also body-based and identity-informed. You won’t just leave with a better calendar or more boundaries—you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of who you are, what you need and how to honor that every day.
